the terror! haha this is great.
A baby terrified and then delighted by his mother blowing her nose. I feel like I’ve watched a Criterion Collection film after watching this. The gamut of emotion! The drama! The adorbs!

It’s Saturday night, everybody. Let’s all put on our giraffe costumes and get nuts.
I mean… shut the fuck up.

oh—and a small thing to scalpers: “it’s legal” is what people say when they don’t have ethics. the law is there to set the limit of what is punishable (aka where the state needs to intervene) but we are supposed to have ethics, and that should be the primary guiding force in our actions, you fucking fuck. and to everyone else: thank you. you rule. don’t let the shitbags win. i feel like conan o’brien.
– i commend lcd soundsystem for the way that they’ve handled the scalper situation in correlation with their last show at madison square garden. hopefully someday, these scumbags won’t exist. but until then… this works, too.

We finally managed to get a Pug, I named him Pakku
apparently, all that my tumblr blog is going to be is me reblogging cute pictures of dogs. and i’m okay with that.

i wasn’t so sure how i felt about lady gaga’s new single… because i’m kind of over her lately. she hit her limit with her grammy shenanigans.
however, i can’t ignore how inspiring the words to this song are. and i love this version because there is no mistaking that it is in original song and it does not sound anything like madonna’s “express yourself.”
she should have released it raw, like this version.

–“I’ve been through it for many years, going way back to Chicago,” La Russa said. “The pressure that a high-profile player receives from the union and his representatives to push for the last dollar, neglecting anything else about that decision — type of organization, longevity, loyalty, all that — I don’t think that’s a real healthy part of our game. And it’s not just the Cardinals. The union, they’re out there for their players, and they want to keep setting that bar higher and higher. …
“Knowing Albert, he’s a very strong, strong man. He’s not going to listen to the union or his representative more than he’s going to listen to the man upstairs or his family. But that can be unfair, putting a player in that position. Albert’s a great example, but it happens on every team, every year, and I never have appreciated that. There should be an acknowledgment about the best situation, and it’s not always about dollars. And maybe I shouldn’t categorize the representatives that way, because sometimes some, more than others, factor it in. Others don’t. But I know the union, they’re all for raise the bar, raise the bar.”
Tony LaRussa weighs in on Pujols negotiations
i’m glad that someone is pointing it out. it really isn’t very healthy to keep going on this way with all of these inflated salaries!

These two Pugs are absolutely adorably cute and a little chubby
anyone doing anything to get their valentine’s day off to an early start?
One strange thing that I've noticed is that anywhere I go, it seems that I run into someone I know. That makes me a firm believer in the six degrees of separation, and who knows? Maybe I can give Kevin Bacon a run for his money someday.
My dream job would be acting in a successful comedy sitcom, such as "Friends," "How I Met Your Mother," or "The Big Bang Theory."
